I've had mixed feelings about the whole idea for quite a few years now. I think some abductions are indeed intended to help. Others, however, not so much. It's never so cut-and-dry as a lot of folks would like us to believe.

I'm also of the belief that some abductions are carried out by human military forces as a means of spreading misinformation. Not all, obviously, but definitely a sizable amount of them.
